Terms & Conditions
- Application fee and rebates to be offset from the last instalment.
- 1st Tuition Fee payment must be made by 01 March for April 2023, 01 June for July 2023, and 01 September for October 2023 intake.
- Eligibility requirements for each promotion will be communicated before course commencement e.g. applicable courses, nationality, mode of study, intake, application period.
- Study grants and rebates are in Singapore currency.
- Promotions cannot be transferred to other persons or exchanged for cash.
- Students who subsequently transfer, defer, or withdraw from their course after application will no longer be eligible for the promotion.
- We may amend or withdraw a promotion without prior notice.
Terms & Conditions
- Applicable for both new and international students.
- Referrer should be a current Raffles College of Higher Education student / alumnus, without outstanding fees in their student account.
- Referred student needs to be continuously enrolled in the course for at least 4 weeks.
- Raffles College of Higher Education shall only pay out the incentive when the New Student does not for any reason withdraw from the enrolled programme with the college within 4 weeks after the programme commencement date; and the Referrer who is a confirmed student with Raffles College of Higher Education has paid the programme fees due.
- Reward will be issued as a cheque to the referrer 12 weeks after course commencement.
- General promotion policy applies.
