Raffles College of Higher Education is situated in the heart of Orchard Road at 111 Somerset. Raffles campus consist of seminar rooms, classrooms, workshops, studios, library and laboratories with the latest equipment and technological applications, enabling interactive learning experiences. At the Student Connexion, students indulge in simple elegance that unfurls the sophistication of designer elements, where they can mingle and establish networks with their peers of different nationalities.
The Raffles Concierge
Visitors and Designers entering Raffles will be treated to an impressive video wall displaying the latest in student projects, achievement and graduation showcases and thereafter greeted by our Raffles Concierge Services.

Student Connexion
Hang out at the Student Connexion to catch up with fellow designers or work on your projects. The Student Connexion is designed to be a formal incubator space where ideas and creativity flourish.
Library Collection
The library houses books by world-renowned authors and useful reference materials by contemporary practitioners, as well as publications featuring Raffles’ graduates. It also subscribes to monthly magazines and journals on topics such as design, business, psychology, and infocomm security, to keep students abreast of current industry developments.
The library also has an extensive collection of audio-visual materials that are updated regularly so that students can have access to the latest popular films, art-house productions, international fashion shows, and even graduation shows organised by their peers.
The Materials Resource Library is well-stocked with wallpapers, woods, natural stones like marbles, granites, ceramic, or technologically engineered tiles and slabs, and upholstery, for Raffles Designers to choose from while putting together their mood boards to depict their designs visually.
Design Studios
Raffles Singapore campus is unlike the high school you attended. Majority of our lessons are conducted in design studios for respective disciplines, from animation to games design, digital media to graphic design, interior to product design, and fashion to jewellery design. Your creative solution will be ideated in these design studios, and be completed as your artwork, prototype, or design solution to a problem you have identified during your course of study.

As part of our continuous effort towards providing an industry-focused curriculum, Raffles @ 111 Somerset plays host to Industry Partners giving our Raffles Designers guest lectures and sharing sessions regarding the latest in design technology and practices in the industry keeping our designers updated with the latest. Industry Talks and large sized classes are held at the Design Seminar Room.

Raffles Photography Studio provides a space for students to capture their designs, from fashion and jewellery to product, before their debut to the industry. It is also a space where students can hone their skills in Digital and Fashion Photography.
Mac Lab
Raffles Mac Lab is a versatile space equipped with iMac Terminals to support creative works in-progress.
Students’ concepts can be realised into simulated environments through virtual reality in Raffles Mac Lab.
Computer Lab
Raffles Computer Lab is a versatile space equipped with PC Terminals to support creative works in-progress.

3D Prototyping Lab
3D printing technology supports rapid prototyping which is cost-effective, and provides consistently high quality prototypes in a speedy manner. To bring this competitive edge to Raffles Designers, the 3D Printing Lab at Raffles @ 111 Somerset is equipped with industrial and desktop 3D printers for students’ experimentation.

State-Of-The-Art Security System
To tighten the security of the campus and track students’ attendance accurately, Raffles Singapore deployed the latest facial recognition system based on the biometrics technology, typically used only in secured industrial or defence sectors, in our Singapore campus. By implementing such security feature, Raffles Singapore further ensures the safety of all students by denying unauthorised entry into the campus and also motivates our students to attain good attendance.
The implementation of this system in Raffles Singapore campus was recognised by the Business Initiative Directions (B.I.D.) for our commitment to Quality, Leadership, Technology and Innovation. Raffles was awarded the International Star Award for Quality (ISAQ) in the Gold Category at the International B.I.D. Quality Convention held at the InterContinental Geneva Convention Hall in Switzerland on 21 September 2014.
