Services Available and Fees Applicable
RCHE provides a comprehensive list of compulsory student support services to all its students which include:
i) Pre-Course Counselling Services;
ii) Pastoral Counselling Services;
iii) Chaplaincy;
iv) Career & Professional Development Services; and
v) Group Hospitalisation & Surgical & Personal Insurance Coverage.
vi) Orientation programme for all newly enrolled students to:
1) Disseminate and reiterate important information about studying Singapore and in College;
2) Inform students of their rights (this shall include internal and external grievance and dispute resolution procedures, fee protection scheme, with reference to CPE’s official website);
3) Direct students to all learning resources and support; and
4) Share student and graduate outcomes / achievements, industry collaborations and competitions.
RCHE’s student facilities and/or programmes will target to enrich the students’ educational experiences and develop them holistically so that they become socially responsible people. Facilities and programmes that the RCHE will provide for students to enrich their educational experience are:
i) Library;
ii) Study areas;
iii) Wireless internet connection and computer labs;
iv) Health promotion programmes;
v) Financial assistance scheme;
vi) Assistance to disadvantage students (e.g., those with physical and/or learning disabilities); and
vii) Academic assistance to students (e.g., language programmes, extra classes).
RCHE shall provide community-based activities, leadership programmes etc. will also be part of the student’s educational experiences to develop and promote students’ education and career guidance and/or employability skills.
Other student support services that may be provided:
i) Assistance to international students in general or specialist health services to help them to adapt to the local environment or seek other support services.
ii) Advice or services on accommodation options for international students;
iii) Close collaboration with parents/legal guardians for students if student is under eighteen (18) years of age; and
iv) Career guidance programmes to assist students to proceed to higher education.

- Miscellaneous Fees refer to any non-compulsory and non-standard fees which the student will pay only when necessary or applicable. Such fees are normally collected on an ad-hoc basis by the PEI when the need arises.
