International students are advised to submit their applications three months before commencement of the term to ensure sufficient time to apply for a Student Pass. Travel and accommodation arrangements can be made prior to arrival.
APPLICATION CHECKLIST
- Completed Application Form for International Students:
- Student’s Pass (SP)/ visa application procedures and its required documents
- Completed Immigration Forms (Form 16 & V36 available for download from ica.gov.sg)
- Medical examination if required by ICA (Immigration & Checkpoints Authority)
- Application Fee of S$1000 (excluding GST)
- Certified True Copy of latest educational certificates and transcripts
- Copy of Passport
- 1 Digital Passport Sized Photograph
For confirmation of your application into Raffles College of Higher Education, application fee of S$500 (excluding GST) is to be made payable with submission of application documents. Application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Course fees exclude materials and textbooks required for their area of study.
All international students are required to apply for a student pass under Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA). This process normally takes a minimum of 4 weeks. Student's Pass holders are not allowed to work or apply for part-time studies in the country.
