Raffles Fashion Designer Hay Mar Win is the only designer outside of Japan who emerged as one of the top 36 finalists in the contest. An amazing feat! Congratulations Hay Mar!

This contest was designed to develop the fashion industry and enhance fashion thinking, and cultivate the next generation of talents. Hay Mar’s submission was shortlisted by a panel of renowned Japanese fashion designers led by Hiromichi Nakno (Head Judge), Yumiko Haram, Tamae Hirokawa, and Aguri Sagimori, from amongst the pool of 6,601 entries, of which 171 were outside of Japan.
